JTI Ventures AB ("JTI Ventures", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through jtiventures.se, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Last updated: July 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is JTI Ventures AB, org. no. 559041-2358, based in Helsingborg, Sweden. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at info@jtiventures.se.
What we collect and why
The contact form
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on the conversation you initiated. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries addressed to us.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree Inc., which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Formspree is based in the United States; transfers are safeguarded under the European Commission's approved transfer mechanisms.
Email correspondence
If you email us directly (for example to our partnership, careers or press addresses), we process the personal data contained in your email to handle your matter. Job applications sent to our careers inbox are handled confidentially and shared internally only with the people involved in recruitment.
What we do not collect
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run behavioral analytics. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads; this involves the technical transmission of your IP address to Google.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, after which they are deleted. Job applications are kept for up to two years in accordance with Swedish discrimination-law requirements, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or agree to a longer retention for future roles.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as Formspree for form delivery and our email provider), and where required by law. Processors are bound by data processing agreements.
Your rights
- Access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — you can ask us to delete your data, and we will do so unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.
- Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Objection and restriction — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict processing while a matter is resolved.
- Portability — you can request the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@jtiventures.se. We respond within one month. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated on the website.
