A Nordic distribution partner, not a consultancy.

The Nordic market — Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland — offers strong opportunities for brands with the right product, positioning and execution. But entering the region is complex without local knowledge, established sales channels and a partner who knows how to build commercial traction online.

As your Nordic distribution partner, we help you move from market interest to market presence — reaching Nordic consumers through local commercial execution, online sales channels and operational depth, without building a full local organization from day one.

"You ship products. We run the warehouse, the channels, the compliance and the customer flow."

Open on the commercial model

Three ways we can work together.

We adapt to the commercial model that fits your products, your inventory position and your stage. Terms are agreed per brand.

Model 01

Distributor

We buy your products into our Helsingborg warehouse and sell them across the Nordic market. We carry the inventory risk and own the commercial relationship with Nordic channels and customers.

Model 02

Consignment

We stock your products in our Helsingborg warehouse on consignment — you retain ownership of the stock. We manage the channels, the sales and the customer flow across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You only pay for what sells.

Model 03

Last-mile fulfillment

You inject bulk inventory into our Helsingborg warehouse. We handle the last mile to Nordic customers — local PostNord and Bring networks, faster and more cost-effective than shipping international parcels into each Nordic country.

How we help

How we support brands

01 — Entry

Market entry

We help brands evaluate and enter the Nordic market with a clear commercial direction — product-market fit, category potential, pricing, positioning and suitable sales channels.

02 — Distribution

Strategic distribution

Structured distribution partnerships into the Nordic market. Selective, long-term or exclusive setups depending on the brand and commercial opportunity.

03 — Channels

Online sales channels

Marketplaces and selected e-commerce platforms. Not just listing — managing products commercially and improving performance over time.

04 — Visibility

Product visibility

Stronger discoverability through optimized product presentation, localized content, channel placement and the right shelf in the right store.

05 — Local

Local expertise

Nordic consumers, pricing behavior, product presentation standards and e-commerce dynamics — so brands don't enter the market generically.

06 — Execution

Commercial execution

The practical work that turns market access into sales: listings, content, pricing, assortment, channel management, optimization and ongoing performance reviews.

All compliance, handled

Entering the Nordics is a compliance puzzle.
We solve every piece.

Every brand placing products on the Nordic market picks up a stack of obligations — EPR registrations in four separate countries, WEEE for electronics, packaging schemes with names you've never heard of, VAT and customs in three EU members plus a non-EU Norway, and new EU-wide regulations like GPSR that came into force in 2024. The complexity is real. So is the answer: as your Helsingborg-based partner with a registered Swedish entity, we run every piece of it.

EPR registration in four countries

Extended Producer Responsibility in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland — each with its own scheme, fees and reporting cycle. We register, report and pay across all four.

Packaging & waste schemes

Sweden's NPA (post-2024 reform), Norway's Grønt Punkt, Denmark's DPA (live since October 2025), Finland's Rinki — different system in each country, all reported through us. Finland also eliminated its €1M turnover threshold in 2024, so every producer is now in scope.

GPSR — your EU responsible person

In force since 13 December 2024. Every product sold to EU consumers must have a named EU-established responsible person holding technical docs, conformity records and recall capability. Amazon began enforcing in early 2025 — listings without it can be suppressed. As your EU-established partner in Sweden, we serve that role for partner brand products.

WEEE registration (electronics)

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment registration in each Nordic country where electronic products are placed on market. Separate registrations, separate reporting cycles — all run through us.

Customs, EU VAT & IOSS

For non-EU brands (US, UK, China): customs clearance into the EU via Helsingborg, EU import VAT, IOSS for low-value consignments, real landed-cost calculation. You ship to us; we clear, declare, register and report.

Norway — the non-EU gotcha

Norway is not in the EU. It runs its own VAT (MVA via the VOEC scheme), its own customs, and abolished the NOK 350 declaration exemption in January 2024 — every parcel now needs a declaration. From March 2027, Digitoll requires customs data filed before goods reach the border. We handle Norway separately as part of the standard Nordic package.

Your time goes to

Product, brand, demand.

  • Product development and improvement
  • Brand positioning and creative
  • Demand generation and PR
  • Customer relationships and partnerships
Our time goes to

Every box above — plus the rest of the operation.

  • All six compliance areas above — EPR, packaging, GPSR, WEEE, VAT/customs, Norway
  • Listings and catalogue management across Nordic marketplaces
  • Fulfillment, pick-pack-ship from Helsingborg
  • Returns processing and refunds
  • Multi-language customer service (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, English)
Who we work with

Brands ready for the Nordics.

We work with brands that have strong products, clear commercial potential and ambition to grow in the Nordic market. Our ideal partners are brands looking for more than a reseller — a local operator who can represent their products, build visibility and support long-term market growth.

Nordic brand?

Looking to expand into the EU instead?

If you are a Nordic brand looking to expand into Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and the rest of the EU — rather than an international brand looking to enter the Nordics — that proposition is on a separate page. Same warehouse, same operator team, opposite direction.

How a partnership starts

From first conversation to live sales.

A typical engagement runs in four phases. We adapt to the brand and category, but this is how most partnerships move from introduction to first revenue.

01 — Intro

Introduction

You send us a short brief. We respond within two working days with whether we see a fit, and book an intro call.

02 — Fit

Commercial fit

We assess product-market fit, category potential, pricing, supply setup, and which Nordic channels suit the brand.

03 — Setup

Setup & launch

Agreement, onboarding, product content, channel listings and first stock arriving in our Helsingborg warehouse.

04 — Grow

Run & grow

Active channel management, performance reviews, range expansion and reporting on what's selling and what isn't.

Returns as a service

Local Nordic returns — pre-paid labels, fast restock, condition reports.

Nordic shoppers return a lot — fashion routinely lands in the 25–35% range, electronics in the 8–15% range, with sharp peaks in Q1. Cross-border returns to a continental warehouse erode margin faster than most international brands model. We run returns as a service for partner brands as part of the Nordic fulfillment operation.

That means: local return addresses in each Nordic country, pre-paid PostNord and Bring return labels included in the outbound parcel, inbound grade-and-restock at our Helsingborg warehouse with photo condition reports back to the brand, and refund triggers fed back to your checkout. Brands see the returns flow in their reporting cadence rather than as a quarterly surprise on the P&L.

Sales channels

Where your products would sell.

Partner with JTI Ventures and your products appear across the Nordic marketplaces and retailers we operate today, plus our own portfolio of Nordic webshops. Each channel behaves differently — different shopper psychology, different categories, different operational rhythm. Below is how we actually use them.

Live Nordic marketplaces & retailers
Amazon Sweden
amazon.se · Live

Amazon Sweden

The largest marketplace in Sweden, opened to non-Swedish sellers in 2020. Search-driven, with the highest conversion in the Nordics for consumer electronics, home and tools. We handle listing setup, catalogue management and shopper-facing customer service for partner brand products across the platform.

CDON
Nordic marketplace · Live

CDON

The Nordic-native marketplace, with around 3 million active customers across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Curated catalogue compared to Amazon, slower onboarding, higher shopper trust. Strong in electronics, home and lifestyle. We manage product listings and customer service through CDON's seller tools.

Fyndiq
Discount marketplace · Live

Fyndiq

Sweden's leading discount marketplace. Where overstock, off-season inventory and price-sensitive SKUs find a home — different shopper psychology than full-price channels. We list products, fulfill from Helsingborg and handle returns and shopper questions on platform.

Fruugo
Global marketplace · Live

Fruugo

Global marketplace headquartered in the UK with strong Nordic presence and ~40 country reach. A low-effort international export channel for partner brand products testing demand outside the Nordics — Fruugo handles localization and currency, we handle catalogue setup and returns out of Helsingborg.

Stadium

Stadium

Major Nordic sport retailer with online marketplace operations. Our channel for sport, outdoor and active lifestyle SKUs. We list products and manage shopper-facing operations within Stadium's seller workflow.

FAQ

Common questions from international brands.

Do we need a Swedish or EU company to sell in the Nordics?

No. Under our distribution and consignment models, JTI Ventures acts as the local operator — a registered Swedish entity that sells your products through Nordic channels. For non-EU brands we also serve as the EU responsible person under GPSR, so you can launch without setting up a local subsidiary.

Do we need VAT registrations in all four Nordic countries?

Usually not on day one. When we sell your products as distributor or on consignment, Nordic VAT runs through our Swedish entity, and we handle Norway separately under the VOEC scheme. In a fulfillment-only setup we map out with you exactly which registrations your flows require before launch.

What is EPR, and does it apply to our products?

Extended Producer Responsibility — mandatory registration and recycling fees for packaging, and for electronics under WEEE, in each Nordic country where products are placed on the market. It applies to virtually all consumer goods, and each of the four countries runs its own scheme. We register, report and pay across all four as part of the partnership.

How is Norway handled, since it is not in the EU?

Norway runs its own customs regime and VAT system. Consumer parcels require VOEC registration with 25 percent Norwegian VAT collected at checkout, and since 2024 every parcel needs a customs declaration. We run Norway as part of the standard Nordic package, so parcels clear without surprise fees for your customers.

Which sales channels would our products sell on?

The Nordic marketplaces and retailers we operate today — Amazon Sweden, CDON, Fyndiq, Fruugo and Stadium — plus our own webshops such as eStore.nu and ProIX.se. The exact channel mix depends on your category; we propose it during the commercial-fit phase.

What commercial models do you offer?

Three: we buy your stock as distributor, we sell your stock on consignment where you pay only for what sells, or we run last-mile fulfillment on inventory you inject into our Helsingborg warehouse. Terms are agreed per brand.

How long does it take to go live in the Nordics?

We reply to a first brief within two working days. From signed agreement, most brands are live in a matter of weeks — the timeline is driven mainly by compliance scope, product data readiness and how quickly first stock lands in Helsingborg.

How do returns from Nordic customers work?

Local return addresses in each Nordic country, pre-paid PostNord and Bring return labels in the outbound parcel, and grade-and-restock at our Helsingborg warehouse with photo condition reports back to you.
